I'm looking for theta (or psi)-JA and theta (or psi)-JC for this part. All I've been able to find so far, is "MAX TTV T case."

Hi Carlos,

These units are purchased in the US (Fremont, CA).

I'm conducting a thermal analysis of a system in which this processor is located and need these parameters for my CFD model.
