HI,

Is it Part  i7-1185G7 belongs to Intel tiger lake H series processor?.

if not can you please provide Intel Tiger lake H series Processor datasheet which include processor block diagram, electrical spec and interface details.

You can find the information that may help you in the Tiger Lake Processor External Design Specification (EDS) Volume 1 of 2 document # 575683 and Tiger Lake H Processor EDS Volume 2b of 2 document # 616658.  You can find them when you are logged into your Resource and Design Center (RDC) privileged account on the following websites:
