Hello,
for a project i need the MTBF values of the Core i7-14700T CPU.
I can't find them anywhere, i also see in the fora that we would need an Intel Premier account or NDA, how can we get this ?

Hello, @DaveVanCalster:
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
In case you want to update your account to be an Intel Developer Zone Premier account, your business email address is needed to avoid any inconvenience. The free email provider's address (such as the one provided by Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, or others) is not the proper one for this process. This information and more details such as the procedure to update your account can be found on the following website:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058073/programs/resource-and-documentation-center.html
On the other hand, the Intel® Core™ i7 processor 14700T information can be found on the following website:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/236794/intel-core-i7-processor-14700t-33m-cache-up-to-5-20-ghz/ordering.html
You need to consider that the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) is simply the inverse of the failure rate for an exponential distribution while the Failure in Time (FIT) rate is 109 x failure rate, which can be expressed in the following formula
MTBF = 1 / failure rate
For example:
If FIT = 15.1, then MTBF = 109 / 15.1 = 66225165
The FIT information can be found in the Product Release Qualification (PRQ) report of the Intel device.
Due to this, you may find the procedure to obtain the cited report on the following website:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000059797/services/quality-regulatory-ecology.html
