PCIE Extended Configuration Register Space Access

Hello!

I'm trying to access PCIE Extended Configuration Registers (100h - 1FFh) from my software on my Xeon E5-2600 series based platform. Can anyone help me to find the register which containts PCEXBAR - PCI Express Base Address? I looked through the Intel Xeon Processor E5-1600/2400/2600/4600 (E5-Product Family) datasheet volume 2, but have not find the register. For exmple, for Core i7 2nd/3rd gen processors, the PCEXBAR is located at Bus 0, Device 0, Function 0, Offset 60-67h [bits 38:28]. Please help, my customers worry about the lack of my software.
