Yes, the Intel Core i5‑4570TE & Intel64 Family 6 aka "Skylake", both are compatible with Windows 10 LTSC 2019 and Windows 10 LTSc 2021. With that being said also both processors has reached Intel End Of Support, so for any issues or driver availability, please contact your board or CPU distributor.
