We are using Intel Xeon 2276ME and CM246 PCH in our design . For running thermal analysis we will be requiring Icepack model for both Xeon and PCH. could you please provide the same.

The thermal and mechanical information for the CM246 can be found on RDC# 566757, and for the CPU please refer to RDC #604731
In case you don't have access to RDC, then go through the following instructions described on the below article.

We have RDC access but I'm not able to locate document 604731. We mainly need thermal conductivity of materials which makes CPU and PCH. Could you please help for the same.
