When using PLEVT tool, after switching baud rate to 38400, only garbled text shows.

We are measuring SATA TX signal from CPU D-1508 and D-1527. we tried to use PLEVT tool to send out SATA pattern, but after excute PLEVT tool, only garbled text appears, we tried orignal baudrate 9600 and 38400, etc. we still couldn't get normal text. please let me know if you have any idea to solve it, Thanks!!excute IntelPLEVT.efi from USB disk in shellorignal baudrate 9600 shows garbled textswitch to baudrate 38400, still shows garbled text
