I'm looking for the eepromARMtool source so we can
program the iNVM of the i210 on one of our
networking switch products. We need it to run
in copper flash-less mode(devid 157b). The parts
are currently blank(devid 1531).
Thanks,
Mark

Hi,
same here. We have our boards up and running with Intel i210-AT detected on PCIe. But next step would be programming the iNVM (chip is running flash-less).
So programming tool for ARM or probably sourcecode and reference images would be fine. I just applied or a priviledged account, hope this does not take long.
Regards,
Matthias

Hi Carlos,
we are also interrested in getting the source. Is there are similar tool / source for other achitecturs / OS's (x86 / ppc / ...)? We have different target operating systems like vxWorks, QNX, Linux, RTOS32 - so we need to do some work anyway - we will take what we can get. We should have an actual signed CNDA. Please let me know what you need from me to go ahead.
Kind regards - Marc

Hello Carlos_A,
thanks. The tool arrived and runs on our ARM platform.
I encountered some issues with the tool. But I will post that into a different topic.

Hello, Leo_A :
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
The eepromARMtool can be sent to you if you have an Embedded Design Center (EDC) Privileged account. In order to request an upgrade from your Basic EDC account to Privileged, go to http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/design/support/account-support.html and click on "Manage Your Intel Profile" found in the "Manage Your Account" section of the page. From there you can request an upgrade. The application can be found at:
https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/design/registration-privileged.html
In order to help you with the EDC account update process, we suggest you use a business email address to evade any inconvenience.
We hope that this information may help you to solve this situation.
Best regards,
Carlos_A.

Hello, Leo_A:
It is important to let you know that the EDC privileged account is totally different than the Resource & Design Center (RDC) privileged account.
Due to this fact, we suggest you follow the procedure stated in my previous communication.
We hope that this information may help you.
Best regards,
Carlos_A.
