i5-1145GRE Thermal data

Hello dear Intel team,

 

We are designing a device with purchased SOM module with Intel i5-1145GRE CPU on board. To perform thermal analysis we need to know thermal characteristics to build at least 2R model. So we need to know thermal resistances Rjb(junction to board) and Rjc(junction to top case). Thermal model for Flotherm also can be usefull. Could you help me with this?
