I have question about cTDP configuration and use case in I7-1186GRE design. We are consider to use I7-1186GRE for new project. and the system is required running stable in high cpu frequency.
1. fix CPU frequency as 2.8Ghz that is base frequency of cTDP-UP mode :
- We want to get review and confirm for this use case from Intel. Can you provide any advise and risk point for this use case?
- Please guide us how to config to fix CPU frequency as 2.8Ghz. It looks that we can set PL1 and PL2 CPU frequency and disable turbo mode. if so, we can set PL1 and PL2 as cTDP up frequency?
We want to disable turbo mode and running the system as cTDP UP mode always. this is required for stable system to avoid any corruption happening during cpu/power management work.
Thank you for your help.
