Hello,
I'm looking for more thermal information on the i7-13800HRE. I saw max junction temperature was 100C, but is there information available for thermal resistance junction-case or junction-board? If not - is there a max case temperature permitted, or a DELPHI model available? Looking to better model this device in our system to quantify how much temperature rise we can expect.
Thanks!
David P.
