I have taken over a project which uses the D-1559 processor ( pt no. GG8067402570801 ) and unfortunately have been given no data sheets for the D1559.
The website has Vol1,2 and 4 but no vol3
I need to have a proper electrical datasheet for the device including pinout, pin descriptions, drive levels etc
Does this exist? If so can you point me at it
Regards
Ian

Hello @IanBanbrook ,
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
You can find the Intel® Xeon® Processor D-1500 Product Family: Datasheet (Vol. 3 of 4) on the following link:

Hello @Jaime_Lizarme
I am working on a PCB footprint for the Intel Xeon D-1559, Ordering Code GG8067402570801.
Could you please confirm the following information?
Is GG8067402570801 definitely the Intel Xeon D-1559 in the FCBGA1667, 37.5 mm × 37.5 mm package?
Does the Xeon D-1559 use the same mechanical PCB footprint / land pattern as the other Intel Xeon D-1500 family processors using the FCBGA1667 package?
Most importantly, could you please provide the official Intel PCB footprint / recommended land pattern document for GG8067402570801 / Xeon D-1559 / FCBGA1667?
We specifically need the official footprint information for PCB library creation, including:
Complete land pattern drawing
Copper pad diameter
Solder mask opening
NSMD or SMD recommendation
Solder paste / stencil recommendation
Ball pitch
Ball diameter
Package dimensions
A1 / Pin-1 orientation
Complete ball map / ballout coordinates
If there is a dedicated Intel package drawing, footprint drawing, land pattern document, mechanical drawing, or manufacturing guideline PDF, could you please send us the document directly or provide the exact document number, revision, and download location?
We would prefer to create the footprint only from the official Intel documentation rather than using a generic FCBGA1667 footprint.
Thank you for your support.
