EYE810XXVAM2 Booting and Jtag

Hello Sir/Mam

We are using EYE810XXVAM2 it is connected with Intel Xeon E 2276ME.We wanted to know what is initial boot up process for it. Can we add its Jtag with other FPGA Jtag chain? And can we keep Jtag pins unconnected if not used ?

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

You may consult in the Ethernet community as we are not supporting Ethernet products anymore, but I think regarding Jtag, it is okay to keep the pins unconnected when not used. 

Just in case, I think you can check document #571182 - PCH EDS Vol1, section 33.1 - JTAG, for the signals related.
