FH8065802420402SR2E6 BSDL File?

Hi, 

 

I am attempting to test this part (FH8065802420402SR2E6) via JTAG, but I cannot seem to locate the BSDL file on the internet. I understand these parts are quite old, which might explain the difficulty. Any ideas how I can locate this file?
