I am wondering if there is a way to calculate or look up the Flops per W of the following Intel Xeon Processors:

D-1732TE

D-1735TR

D-1746TER

D-2733NT

D-2752TER

I am needing this information for a product comparison/selection.

Not really, although you can refer to the following article describing a software methodology to evaluate FLOP using the Intel® SDE. From there you would need to calculate what you need according to each CPU power consumption:
