How does higher temperatures than given influences MTBF/lifetime of a Xean 3500 CPU ?

Hi, We are currently developing a new platform using an Intel Xeon CPU. Our long time temperature measurements shows an average surface temprature of ~81° Celcius. Accourding the corresponding documentation the given MTBF is valid for a surface temprature of 67.5°C. My question now is how these 15°-20° C avarage higher temperature influences the MTBF and/or lifetime of the CPU. with regards, Dierk

It is almost impossibe to get the numbers that are beyond the Spec limits. Secondly once the part exceeds the temperature spec, it would start to throttle by itself. So, the performance does not remain the same anymore.
