Intel Atom C processor IBIS-AMI Model

Hi,

We are using Harcuvar custom reference board in our design. Can anyone please let me know where can I get the IBIS-AMI models of the ATOM C processor for SERDES signal Signal integrity analysis?

Kindly help me in getting the models.
