Is there any possibility to program the BIOS flash through the JTAG in intel XEON D1559 processor.

We would like to explore the ways to program the BIOS chip through the JTAG connector on board. also let us know if we can program the SPD bin through the same JTAG by accessing the IMC before the booting up the Board.
