STK1AW32SC Continual blinking light

I have compute stick STK1AW32SC, but it won't show any display, and do anything with USB. The only thing that happens is I can turn it on but that will just make it have a continually blinking light, and I can turn it off which turns off the light, I have already tried multiple power supplies

Unfortunately this part is discontinued and I don't have much information regarding it, but I'm suspecting it is some HW damage, maybe memory.
