What causes PLTRST# to be asserted?

I have a system that boots to the point that the memory controller starts up and the cores are starting, but PLTRST# gets asserted and my system powers down. Then the system powers up and cycles again and again. Does anyone know why PLTRST# gets asserted? We are using the D1539.

Could you clarify if the design related to this situation has been developed by you or it is a third-party one? In case that it is a third-party implementation, please let us know the part number, model, and where is stated all the information related to this third-party device. On the other hand, could you please list the referenced sources to develop your implementation?
