Hi @FPaul2,

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.

You may use Intel® System Support Utility from Intel Utility-tools to identify the model, MAC (Media Access Control) address and part number / part of PBA number of NIC.

Unfortunately Intel doesn't have a specific software to identify a NIC's SN. May I know your purpose to check the SN, is it for warranty?

Alternatively, a manual way is using physical Product Label Description

A NIC Serial Number is a combination of the MAC Address and Part Number. The PBA number is the 6-digit number located at the last part of the serial number (as per red circle).

Using the information above, you can also check for List of Supported Retail Intel® Ethernet Adapters

Also,

- Through Windows apps, using cmd could allow you to get partial SN, which is the MAC Address. The command is ipconfig /all

- For Linux, you may use ethtool (Linux utility that allows you to query and configure network drivers and network interface card settings, such as MAC address). The command is ethtool -P interface_name

I hope this helps with your inquiry.
