The DPDK Traffic Management introduction (https://doc.dpdk.org/guides/prog_guide/traffic_management.html) indicates that dual rate (committed/peak) are supported. When it comes to the QOS framework (https://doc.dpdk.org/guides/prog_guide/qos_framework.html), my understanding is that current QOS framework only support one rate as there is only one type of token bucket. The token bucket can be used either for committed rate or for peak rate. Am I right? Thanks.
