Hi Tech,

part#E810XXVDA4TG1

1 pc from PO#029-5U732 with D/C 2313 & Lot Code MYAD33U4BH

 

Our customer purchased 2 pcs and found 1 out of 2 pc has below issue.

Description: 

After plugging them into the PC, one card can be recognized under the same environment, but the other card cannot be recognized.

Please see attached file and video for details.

Could you help check and advise if it is defective or any other reason?
