Hello,
I've recently run into an issue with my ethernet driver. It was working fine until about a week ago then completely stopped functioning. In device manager ethernet controller now shows up in the "other devices" section and every time I try to install new drivers it fails. From the events section in properties, it looks like it tried to install an update and failed previously.
I am using a NUC11PAHI5 with no modifications. The ethernet controller hardware ID seems the same being PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15FD&SUBSYS_00008086&REV_01.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Alex

Hello, @arunyo
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
I am sorry to hear what is happening with your NUC, I will gladly assist you here.
- Did the Ethernet functions stop working as well or is it just an issue in Device Manager? (No ethernet connection)
- Make sure you have the latest OS updates.
- Can you please provide us with a screenshot showing this issue?
- Please run this tool and attach the report:
Intel® System Support Utility for Windows.
Note: Make sure to mark the box that says "everything" before pressing the Scan button. After that, click on "Next>" and select "Save" and then, attach the .txt file.
Best regards,

@arunyo , have you ever resolved this issue? I'm suddenly experiencing the same problem.
NIC was working fine, then all of a sudden, it stopped working. The Windows 11 Device Manager is now showing PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15FD&SUBSYS_00008086&REV_01 but cannot install any driver.
