Event callback from igb driver during rx packet receive

Environment:

Debian 9.5 + intel igb driver + preempt RT patch(linux-5.0.5)

We are trying to understand where can we get a event callback from the igb driver for every packet received from the network. So that we can use the callback to be registered in the user space application.

Can any one help on this?
