Are you talking about the hardware/bios password, or the OS password?

@Poojitha   I was already addressing this post, and you interferred.  That is rude.

Hi AlHill,

I’m responding on behalf of my colleague, Poojitha.

Our intention was not to intervene, but rather to assist in probing and troubleshooting the issue by contributing any internal information we have available that could help resolve the query.

We truly appreciate your efforts and contributions to this forum and hope to continue supporting the community in a collaborative manner.

Best regards,

Simon

@Simon-Intel   If you say so.  Why didn't Poojitha simply move the post to the correct forum?  It obviously has nothing to do with ethernet.

I have noticed an increase in the number of threads that are being addressed in the COMMUNITY FOURMS by a user, like me, that are deliberately being stepped on by employees and moderators, like Poohitja.  It is simply rude to step on a thread that is already being addressed.  Again, these are COMMUNITY FORUMS, not INTEL EMPLOYEE AND MODERATOR FORUMS.

And, why could't Poohitja respond to my comment?

@Poppy1   Sorry for the diversion, but the growing problems on the community forums need to be addressed.  And, my complaints and comments could have been handled by PRIVATE MESSAGE if Intel had not removed that feature.

Hi @AlHill

Thank you for your continued contributions to the community. I appreciate your efforts to keep discussions relevant to the forum topics.
In this case, while the original post may not directly relate to Ethernet products, we aim to ensure all users receive support, especially when they're unsure where to post.

We also encourage all members including moderators and employees to collaborate respectfully and avoid stepping on active threads unless necessary to clarify or redirect.

Your feedback is noted and appreciated—we’re always working to improve the community experience.
Thanks again for your engagement and support.

Regards,

Irwan_Intel
