Hi,
I have a TankGT20 server that includes 2 NICs using chipset 80003ES2LAN. I looked over the support website but could not find specification documents nor methods that help determine the power consumption on the NIC. More specifically, in terms of NIC default capabilities, I would like to know how much energy the NIC may use up in both idle and the highest workload mode. Please let me know if you have any clue.
Any help would be appreciated,

Check out the sectino 4.9 (and the bunch of tables in it) that should outline what you need: http://download.intel.com/design/network/datashts/82563_datasheet.pdf http://download.intel.com/design/network/datashts/82563_datasheet.pdf
The trick is that while the chipset is the 80003ES2 LAN, you need to look at the PHY for the answer. Good luck!
