In my machine I am unable to create Vlan, please help me.

I am unable create Vlan in my Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and system having Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I218-LM adapter which is installed tried to update with supported drives which are available in Intel official website, for you to understand better regarding my problem attaching few details please have look and help me to resolve.

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities. 

Currently Team and VLAN configuration are only supported using Intel® PROSet for Windows PowerShell* Software's cmdlets. This only applies to Windows® 10.
