Intel(R) 82567LF Gigabit Network Connection
Hello. My computer is very old and I've always used internet adapter (TP Link) with another card, but now I would like to fix problem with this one. I hope its not too late.
In 'Device Manager' there is a yellow triangle next to the name of my network card (which is permanently built-in). This card never worked, and the automatic driver installation option always showed that "the latest drivers were already installed". However, the problem description shows that these drivers are missing.
Is there any way to download drivers for this card from somewhere? I've seen various websites, but none of them are official, so im a little bit afraid. If you have good website then please send this here.
Tech support replied that they no longer support this card and I can only ask other people here...
So here I am :).
My Motherboard: MSI H81M-E34 (MS-7817) ver 3.0
Thank you.

Hi Kirkenay,
Thank you for contacting Intel!
To assist you further, could you kindly share the Ethernet card markings with the labels clearly visible? Additionally, please provide the details of the operating system and driver currently running on the system.
I look forward to your response.
Regards,
Akshaya

One of my screenshots shows that my motherboard supports: LAN 10/100/1000 by Realtek RTL8111G. Is it possible that my computer is detecting the wrong network card?
In the specification I see that it should be Realtek, but my system detects Intel and I'm confused.

I agree that all of the documentation points to this having a RealTek LAN IC.
I suggest that you try installing the RealTek driver. It can't hurt trying.
You can download the board's drivers from here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/H81M-E34/support#driver. Select your OS and then pick the LAN tab.
Hope this helps,
