Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V low upload

Hello

 

I have my PC for more than 2 years now.

Since a month, my upload is terrible.

For context, I'm on Windows 11, ethernet cable, and my motherboard is the ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-A GAMING WIFI.

- I tried another cable, same result.
- On another PC, the wifi is good, so it excludes a network issue.
- In my network card properties, I have my Speed & duplex set to "Auto negotiation"

My driver version is the 2.1.5.7

If you need more details, I scanned my system infos by running the intel system support utility.

Can someone please help me !

Regarding this issue reported, please advise if this adapter is purchased separatedly or integrated in the system?


Also, we recommend you to update the driver to the latest version. You may find the driver in the link below:

Once completed, please monitor and let us know if any issue still persists.

Hi Sazirah,

Thank you for your response.

All network hardware is integrated to my motherboard. I don't have anything plugged in.

 

I updated my drivers with the files you provided me, but I still have the same issue.

In addition, I'm still seeing that my driver version is "2.1.5.7" on my Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V in the device manager of windows 11.
