You can try update the firmware and the latest driver using the below link and try again
To Update Firmware for Win 10/11 as below:
You can configure the computer to automatically update the system firmware (BIOS) using Device Manager.
Search for and open Device Manager.
Expand Firmware.
Double-click System Firmware.
Accessing System Firmware in the Device Manager
- Select the Driver tab.
- Click Update Driver.
Clicking Update Driver in System Firmware Properties
Click Search automatically for drivers.
Selecting Search automatically for updated driver software in Update Drivers
Wait for the update to download and then follow the instructions.
