Hi All,
Could anyone please advise an optimal Intel 82566MM NIC driver for Lenovo ThinkPad X61s running W10x64? This is a fresh W10x64 install and I'm getting "Device cannot start" with the inbox W10 driver. A couple of drivers that I found on the Internet won't even install: each returns something like "no Intel NICs found, or check the driver is compatible with W10" after I point at the inf file. Here are the HW IDs:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1049&SUBSYS_20DE17AA&REV_03
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1049&SUBSYS_20DE17AA
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1049&CC_020000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1049&CC_0200
Many thanks in anticipation.

Sorry, but that NIC is long since discontinued and not supported on Windows 10:

For assistance with your laptop, contact Lenovo. They are solely responsible for your support. And, use the drivers they provide.

Al.Hill: Thanks for your reply. In fact I fortunately got it working somehow: MS driver version 9.13.41.3 dated 29.09.2011, driver file e1e6032e.sys. Was just installing various Windows updates and rebooting the laptop and have just noticed it up and running.
