I have a PC, OptiPlex 5050 x64-Based, model OWWJRX, version A00. Also I have a NIC card PE210G2SPI9A. I installed the Intel Driver & Support Assistant. The PC failed to recognize the NIC. I downloaded Release_30.5.zip driver and ran the APPS/SETUP/SETUP/Winx64/SetupBD.exe. The message says "Drivers for Intel Network Connections were successfully installed." However, Device Manager says the "Windows was unable to install your Ethernet Controller". Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Could you please share us the below details.
1) Please let us know if the adapter came along with the system or was purchased separately.
2) Please share us the front and back picture of the NIC adapter.
We will proceed further accordingly once we get the above information.

Hi wxhou,
Thank you for sharing the image.
Upon reviewing the image, we noticed that you are not using an Intel-authorized NIC. Therefore, we recommend reaching out to the place of purchase for further assistance.
Please let us know if you need any further clarification.
Best regards,
Akshaya
