We are an Intel partner, XrosGen, and we have two RMA credit issues to inquire about:
Issue 1 - RMA3852530:
We received a credit document in July 2025, but the actual payment has not been received.
Issue 2 - RMA3865945:
The status shows "CREDITED" as of November 2025, but we have not received the official Intel credit document.
Could you please investigate both cases and provide updates?
