There are errors in brazilian portuguese localizated string sections in several LAN drivers causing confusion to manual set link speeds, i.e. "e1d.inf":

[Strings.0416] ; Portuguese (Brazil)
AutoDetect ="Detecção automática"
AutoNegotiation ="Negociação automática"
SpeedDuplex ="Velocidade e duplex"
10Mb_Half_Duplex ="10 Mbps Half duplex"
10Mb_Full_Duplex ="10 Mbps Half duplex"
100Mb_Half_Duplex ="100 Mbps Half duplex"
100Mb_Full_Duplex ="100 Mbps Full duplex"
1000Mb_Full_Duplex ="1,0 Gbps/Full duplex"

Note "10 Mbps Half duplex" is described twice and this error is taken into Windows device manager.

Hi Vikas, thank you for answer. I use onboard NIC as shown in Windows device manager print title bar, steps to reproduce are install affected driver (i.e. e1d.inf latest 12.19.2.65) in Brazilian Portuguese Windows 10 or 11, go to Device Manager (Gerenciador de dispositivos), then Advanced tab (Avançado) and choose Speed & duplex (Velocidade e duplex), results like print posted before. As several drivers are affected, only solution is Intel engineering edit *.inf and fix wrong lines at [Strings.0416] sections.
Best regards.
