Lenovo M920q
Lenovo M80q (Gen 3, Gen 4)

Dell Optiplex 7020 Micro
...and so on, all of them use PRO1000 "e1d" driver but this information could be irrelevant because our IT team always use network Drivers from Intel website, so me and million people that use Intel Ethernet e1d and other ones listed in my first post on Brazilian Portuguese Windows will be very thankful if you could open a internal ticket to Engineers and link to this thread, once I can not do this without being a worldwide manufacturer. That was my last answer, thank you again for spending time trying to understand the issue. Bye

Hello jose_francklin,
Greetings for the day!
As you confirmed earlier it is an onboard NIC ,the best source of support for your case would be to contact OEM (Original equipment manufacturer)support. We understand that this is an Intel Ethernet controller but it is embedded so we have limited support. We kindly advise you to contact the OEM's support team or place of purchase for assistance. They will be best equipped to provide support and address any concerns related to the products.
Thank you for your understanding.
