Hi,
Looking for help in subjected issue from experts. Earlier driver version was 5.1.0-k-rh7.7. Update the driver was done with version 5.6.5, but problem persists same.

For Intel Ethernet cards that uses Intel® 82599 10 Gigabit Ethernet Controller, we have a validated list of module. Please open the link below for the list.

Since you are using on-board. You can also try contacting the manufacturer of the board to check if the have validated modules.

Thanks for you answers Michael. We have checked the SFP part number which was not in the list. Also checked hardware OEM datasheet. Our used SFP is not in the support matrix list thats why we are facing this issue.
We are in the follow up process with hardware OEM to resolve. Thanks.
