for the teaming feature, does it should be supported in PHY?
if yes, which kind of PHY can support the feature.

Thank you for the post. Teaming is a feature supported on server adapter, thus if the PHY (if you
are referring to the ethernet controller) is a for server network adapter, it can
support teaming.
You may refer to the teaming information and the list of supported network adapter and PHY (ethernet controller) supported at

For a list of PHY( ethernet controller), you may refer to website below and click on
product brief of the ethernet controller model for specification that can match your requirment
