Hello Ajay3
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
Based on the product part number "EPM7128STC100-15", this seems to be related to Intel® MAX 7000 CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Devices).
We would like to inform you that we have a forum for those specific issues and products, so we are moving it to the "FPGA, SoC, And CPLD Boards And Kits" forum so you can get answered more quickly.

Look at the Microchip/Atmel CPLD ATF1508ASxxxx series devices.
They are in current production and are drop in replacements for EPM7128 series devices.
Microchip/Atmel has their free POF2JED tool which will convert an Altera POF file for the device to the equivalent JED file to program the ATF1508 device.
There are various speed, temperature grades and package options.
I believe a 15ns TQ100 package option is available (as are faster devices as well).
google ATF1508AS and POF2JED for tools and documentation
DigiKey, Mouser, Arrow, etc stock these devices
