Hello Intel Support Team,
I'm experiencing an issue while installing the Intel UHD Graphics driver on my laptop.
During the installation, I receive the following message:
"Error code 5: Access is denied."
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Completely removed previous graphics drivers (including with DDU).
- Installed the driver in Safe Mode.
- Ran the installer as Administrator.
- Disabled antivirus software and Windows Defender.
- Tried installing through Device Manager.
- Used the command in Command Prompt.
- Ran system checks (sfc /scannow and DISM).
Despite all these steps, the problem persists.
Device details:
- GPU: Intel UHD Graphics
- OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
- Laptop model: ASUS TUF Gaming F15
Could you please help me resolve this issue or suggest an alternative method for installation?
