Error Code 5 when installing Intel UHD Graphics driver

Hello Intel Support Team,

I'm experiencing an issue while installing the Intel UHD Graphics driver on my laptop.

During the installation, I receive the following message:
"Error code 5: Access is denied."

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Completely removed previous graphics drivers (including with DDU).
  • Installed the driver in Safe Mode.
  • Ran the installer as Administrator.
  • Disabled antivirus software and Windows Defender.
  • Tried installing through Device Manager.
  • Used the command in Command Prompt.
  • Ran system checks (sfc /scannow and DISM).

Despite all these steps, the problem persists.

Device details:

  • GPU: Intel UHD Graphics
  • OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
  • Laptop model: ASUS TUF Gaming F15

Could you please help me resolve this issue or suggest an alternative method for installation?
