Help redeeming Master Key for Assassin's Creed Shadows

I have recently purchased a Laptop off of Newegg.com and I received a Product Key in the email for Assassin's Creed Shadows. Whenever I go to the CORRECT Intel software link and try to enter this 'MASTER KEY' I get red text that just says "error" PLEAS HELP!!
