Is intel core I5 with Amd graphics card is better than Intel core I7 with no graphics card??

need suggestions because working on a major project website that supports high graphics and I also need speed for UX and UI designing.

Are you looking at just the processor, or will you be looking at the motherboard also?
For processors, you may want to start here:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/processors/core.html
Whatever the case, you will want to look at 8th gen processors or later. Note that even 8th gen are already four years old.

Basically I'm looking for a better option like with or without card and depends rather its I5 or I7 does it make a difference with the card.

@rehmanaisha43 Bad advice. Anything less than 8th gen and you will not be supported on W11.
