Is there documentation available for the Xe instruction set architecture?

I've been unable to find documentation detailing the Xe instruction set. For context, I'm looking for documents comparable to AMD's RDNA ISA reference or NVIDIA's PTX docs. I have found high-level overviews such as Introduction to the Xe-HPG Architecture and oneAPI GPU Optimization Guide: Intel® Iris® Xe GPU Architecture , which are appreciated, but don't go into nearly as much depth as the AMD & NVIDIA documents previously mentioned. The closest I've gotten to finding what I'm looking for is the MLIR XeGPU Dialect documentation .

Hi, have a look at the "Open-Source Programmer's Reference Manuals", for example:

Thank you! I have a couple of follow-up questions:

  • Is the reference manual for 2023 processors applicable to Raptor Lake? It only explicitly mentions Alchemist & Arctic Sound-M.
  • Will a similar reference manual for Battlemage be made available in the future?

Here it exists for 11th gen CPUs' iGPUs. However, I did not find any ISA for 2022 (12th gen) CPUs. 2023 also exists, so this is interesting...
