LAG SPIKES CROSSOUT INTEL ARC A770

Hello Intel Support Team,

I would like to report a performance issue I am experiencing while playing Crossout on my PC.

When I play Crossout with Discord running in the background, I experience regular lag spikes approximately every 8 seconds. These lag spikes significantly affect gameplay, causing noticeable stuttering and frame time spikes.
If I close Discord completely, the issue disappears and the game runs smoothly with stable performance.

This behavior is 100% reproducible on my system and occurs only when Discord is open. It happens even if Discord is minimized and no voice channel is actively being used.

Additional notes:

• The game runs at high and stable FPS when Discord is closed

• The issue appears to be related to background application interaction

• No similar lag spikes occur in Crossout without Discord

• Other games do not show the same behavior as clearly

System information (summary):

• GPU: Intel Arc A770

• CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K

• OS: Windows 10 64-bit

• Graphics API: DirectX 12

• Game: Crossout (latest version)
