Intel DSA installed Driver 31.0.101.5333 on Dell XPS 8940 Intel 750 UHD graphics adapter and I did not get any output on the monitor connected to the display port.
I had to reinstall an older driver 31.0.101.4955 to get the display to work again.
Same problem on another machine where driver 32.0.101.5365 was installed by windows update.
Looks like there is a mjor compatibility problem with Windows 11 and latest Intel Graphics with Arc Control.

Intel Core i5 13500 with Intel UHD 770 graphics
Windows 11 23H2 Build 22635.3130
Intel Corporation - Display - 31.0.101.5186 installed approx 3 weeks ago
Connected to a single monitor via display port.
Since then I've had occasional black screen after login. No mouse cursor, ctrl+alt+del does not work.

My latest driver is now 31.0.101.5382 and seems to work properly. You may want to try updating yours.

Thanks, I updated yesterday with a manual download of the driver. No issues so far, but then again it was intermittent. Fingers crossed.

Didn't fix the issue for me. Periodically now I come back to my machine and can't get out of a black screen. Looks like more people are reporting over at https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/Main-display-not-detect-after-Update-to-31-0-101-5186/td-p/1585200
