My CPU is running very slowly, and sometimes it fluctuates wildly. Normally it runs at 4 GHz or higher, or 3.7 GHz, but when it is, it drops to only 2 GHz or even 1 GHz. This makes everything slow, especially when playing games.This problem is intermittent; sometimes it doesn't appear at all, and sometimes it comes back very frequently. Turning the computer off and on fixes it, then it returns. The temperature fluctuates between 70 and 60 degrees Celsius. The CPU I'm using is an Intel Core 5 210H. My notebook is an Asus V16 with a Rtx4050 graphics card.
