Hey Intel community — quick question for anyone in the know

I'm doing the Intel AI Infra Summit hackathon (online Physical AI track — MuJoCo bimanual robot + OpenVINO). I need access to the AI PC Cloud (Core Ultra Series 2/3) for the final benchmark, but signup at cloud.intel.com/aipc needs a company/university email and I'm a solo dev from India

Does anyone know — is there a way for hackathon/individual devs to get access? Or who's the right Intel person/email to DM about it?

Tried community forum too, just casting a wider net. If any Intel folks or fellow devs who've gotten access can chime in, you'd make my week
