failed to call gpu with openvino

Hi all:
I bumped into a problem with running openvino with integrated gpu. I could run my code successfully with "CPU" specified in openvino while couldnt in "GPU" of which the error messege is below:

My env is below:

OS: Ubuntu 22.04LTS

language: C++

CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700(with integrated gpu inside)

the infomation of command "hwinfo --display":
