Hey, I feel you
For me, the problem was mostly my cooler and airflow. What worked for me was:
1. Double-checking the cooler mount and adding a bit of high-quality thermal paste.
2. Making sure my case had proper airflow – adding one more intake fan made a noticeable difference.
3. Tweaking BIOS a little to reduce voltage, which helped temps under load.
Not sure if it helps, but while working on my builds, I realized even small changes like this can drop temps by 10–15°C.
How high are your temps under full load, and are you using an AIO or air cooler?
