simple add fails Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 Windows 10 oneapi c++

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6200U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.40 GHz

Windows 10

C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\2025.0

So, i can receive device name and etc, but calculating - no. What i need to fixe here, i try to find neccesary dlls, but it is already included when the enviroment set...
